  7. Acceptable use

    • upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
    • attempt to misuse or disrupt the service
    • use the service for automated or abusive purposes
    We may limit or block access if misuse is detected.
  8. Payments and refunds
    Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Section32Check does not store card details. All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.Fees are non-refundable once analysis has been successfully delivered. A refund will be issued if your analysis fails to complete due to a technical error on our part, or if you are charged more than once for the same document. To request a refund, contact support@section32-check.com.au with your document details.
  9. Data and privacy
    Your use of Section32Check is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that document text may be processed by third-party AI providers and data may be transferred outside Australia.
  10. Availability of service
    We may:
    • modify or discontinue the service at any time
    • change features or pricing
    • introduce usage limits
    We are not liable for any interruption or unavailability.
  11. Changes to these terms
    We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
  12. Governing law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
